The Client Specialist position is an entry-level position within our Parts and Service Organization. With this position you will be answering calls and emails from our consumers, placing orders, troubleshooting our products and assisting in various E-commerce and sales matters. As a representative of Ardisam, you will have the opportunity to communicate daily with our consumers, assisting them with troubleshooting, and working closely with a great team of employees while gaining knowledge our products through hands-on learning.
For this position we are seeking an individual that has a background in small engines and is able to communicate clearly to our consumers. A background in customer service is desirable but not required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Understand the basics of 2 and 4 cycle engines
•Answer calls from our customers with questions or troubleshooting needs
•Assist our walk-in customers
•Place orders for parts needed and process credit card payments
•Place orders for warranty replacement
•Provide accurate pricing to customers
•Check order status
•Refer customer to repair centers when needed
•Create accounts and maintaining customer accounts in database
•Answer customer emails
•Return customer voicemails
•Establish repair centers as authorized dealers
•Process return authorizations and return labels
•Understand product manuals and assist customers in use of products.
•Comfortable with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook
•Monitor and assist in maintenance of online sales portals
•Learn new programs
•Entering warranty registrations
•Work in production on an as-needed basis
•90% sitting, 10% standing on average work day
•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
•Able to work both independently and as part of a team
•A minimum of two years in customer service or technical support
•Strong verbal / written communication and presentation skills required
•Excellent analytical and organizational skills
