Job Summary: 
The Business Analyst / Project Manager candidate will serve as liaison between business operations and the technology group to understand, analyze, and document business requirements. Candidate will also be responsible for planning, leading, and executing projects according through the entire development lifecycle. Successful candidate will work alongside users in order to fully understand existing systems to identify and propose potential areas of improvement. Candidate must be a self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Duties: 
•Collaborates with project stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate business needs and provide IT solutions
•Translates business requirements and user stories into technical specifications to improve/enhance business processes
•Participates in short and long term planning sessions with stakeholders to improve business processes
•Facilitates communication with stakeholders and other team members to manage project expectations
•Manages day-to-day activity of projects
•Ensures delivery of projects on time, to budget, and within scope
•Reviews and tracks status of projects and deliverables and communicates status updates to management
•Organizes user acceptance testing and provide feedback to development team
•Conducts presentations and training on existing and new systems
•Familiarity with Agile/Scrum management tools 
•Works individually as well as in a team environment

Qualifications and Skills: 
•Understanding of software development methodologies and organized approaches to system development
•Leadership qualities, including ability to facilitate technical discussions
•Experience with workflow analysis
•Diagram process flows
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge the gap between business and technology 

Education: BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical experience
