Right to Refuse

We maintain the right to refuse an order when we deem the risk to be too great or we cannot verify an address, identity, and of course without proper payment. Ardisam, Inc. retains the right to change models, specifications and price without notice. We only accept online orders shipped to addresses in the United States at this time.

All weights, specifications and features are approximate and are subject to change without notice. Due to continuous product improvements, product images may not be exact. Items used for props not included. Some assembly may be required.

Return, Refund, & Warranty Policies

We have specific return, refund & warranty policies for each of our products.

Online Shipping Terms

• Please allow one full day for processing orders. This means that each order will be processed, by one of our shipping services, the following day that the order was made.
  • For example, two day shipping means two business days (Monday through Friday), which excludes weekends, holidays, and any other unexpected events that may occur.
• Cost of shipping is based upon each specific product or group of products.
• In addition to shipping costs, a surcharge may apply to some packages due to their size, weight, and destination.
• Unfortnately at this time, we are unable to directly ship parts to Canada through our website. Please refer to our Canandian Distributors for your Ardisam needs.

Return Policy Online

• No refund will be given for products or parts not purchased through Ardisam and its affiliated brands.
• No refund will be given for parts that were purchased more than 30 days prior to the request.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping costs for all products or parts being returned for credit.
• For all returns to be processed a return authorization number must be provided by customer service.
• For warranty returns a shipping label will be provided. After 30 days the shipping label is void and customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
