Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile individual to help us throughout all aspects of our operation, including supporting activities in: Receiving, Production, and Shipping departments. The ideal candidate enjoys variety in their job, possesses a willingness to learn, and is proactive in helping in areas where support is needed.

Job Duties:
· Unloading/Sorting/Palletizing of Inbound shipments. Verifying expected receipt totals vs. actuals and performing basic quality inspections.
· Assist in putaway/stocking activities under the direction of Inventory Control
· Work rotating positions on our production lines, learning each operation of the assembly process, following detailed work instructions- notifying Lead/Supervisor of any identified quality issues immediately
· Pull/Stage orders to our retailers in compliance with customer specific requirements and assist in the loading of outbound shipments onto semi-trailers
· Utilize basic computer programs/shipping software to perform various stock movements and shipment processing necessary to complete the job daily
· Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications and Skills:
· Possess basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
· Dexterity to operate equipment and hand tools with precision
· An eye for identifying quality issues, or areas of opportunity for improvement
· Can stand, sit, walk, reach, twist, and bend at knees throughout an 8 hour work day
· Frequently lift/carry up to 50lbs. Push/slide/manipulate up to 200 lbs occasionally
· Able to receive forklift operator certification upon completion of internal training
· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
