Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for accurately entering and processing retailer orders while monitoring inventory availability and allocating products to prioritize retail needs and ensure order accuracy. This role requires effective communication with the outside sales team to ensure retailer expectations are met and clearly conveyed.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the outside sales team, interact with retail customers, and build strong internal and external relationships. You will also gain hands-on experience with company systems and product lines while contributing to overall business growth.

Position Duties:
· Primary role is assisting in day-to-day sales needs, order processing and customer communication
· Assist Outside Sales team with customer set-up sheets
· Keep accurate and up-to-date inventory information
· Develop working knowledge of Sage, SPS Commerce and CRM systems
· Provide dealers with programs, pricing, and product availability
· Answer Inside Sales and Customer Service phone calls
· Assist Director of Inside Sales in any other duties deemed necessary

Role Purpose:
This position is designed to build foundational sales capabilities while ensuring timely, accurate, and professional communication between customers and the sales organization. The Inside Sales Associate is essential to delivering a seamless customer experience and supporting overall sales growth.

Education/Experience:
· Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills required
· Excellent analytical and organizational skills
· Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office functions
